Odalis M. Lopez, CFP®, president and co-founder of Sterling Benefits Group, LLC has been working in the financial and insurance industry since 1994 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in June of 2007.

She works with individuals and business owners who want to save money and provide the best available options to their families and employees.  She also works with public employees who want to maximize their pension benefits.

Odalis is a driving force in the battle to insure the uninsured.  She has become the “go to” person for people who want a practical, comprehensive approach to insurance, employee benefits and financial security. Hundreds of business owners have benefited from her experience by saving money, improving employee retention, and increasing productivity.

As a caregiver to aging parents, Odalis understands first-hand how difficult a health crisis can be on a family. She speaks to people who want more security, freedom, support, and peace of mind.

She is past President of the South Florida Chapter of WIFS (Women in Financial Services) and is a member of the Miami-DAHU (Miami-Dade Association of Health Underwriters), MAIFA (Miami-Dade Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and NAFE (National Association of Women Executives). She is very active in the South Florida Hispanic Community and is a member of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber.
